During the pandemic, she not only provided essential care but also took on managerial responsibilities, showing her ability to make critical decisions in high-stress situations.

In 2023, Carolane expanded her skills by following a medical aesthetic training, allowing her to integrate advanced techniques into her daily care. Her gentleness, her transparency, her meticulousness and her humanity are all qualities that quickly put patients in confidence. Mother of a six-year-old boy, she chose to turn to the private sector in order to better reconcile her professional and family life.
